Return and Refund Policy

To us, no order is complete until you are fully satisfied — this is why we make returns easy. This policy explains when you can return something, what you need to do, and how you will be refunded.

If you change your mind

Any unused item with its seals intact can be returned within 30 days of purchase, in the local store.

What you’ll need to do

Bring the item back to the store along with your original receipt or your online order confirmation, so we can process the refund accordingly.

Your refund

All refunds will be given by the same method as your original payment.

If your click & collect order hasn’t been accepted, you will be automatically refunded within 5 business days.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please bring it back to the store. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights, which are not affected.
