Click & Collect: Customers can collect any items they've reserved online within 14 days. If items are not collected within that timeframe the order will be cancelled and the stock returned to the shelf. On ordering please wait for a confirmation email to say your order is ready to collect before coming to the store as during busy parts of the day it may not be possible to process your order quickly if we're short staffed and unable to check the computer for orders.

Delivery: We offer local delivery within a 10 mile radius of EX33 2JQ for a fee of £2.25 for normal household/garden items. Delivery day for these is a Saturday afternoon. White goods deliveries are free within the delivery radius. Should customers wish to have their online reservation delivered please ring us on 01271 813111 so we can process payment including delivery.

White goods deliveries are done on Wednesdays and Thursdays which includes an installation and removal service* should this be required.
